SACRAMENTO’S OWN SPLASH & DASH NAMED ONE OF THE TOP FIFTY CAR WASHES IN THE COUNTRY

Sacramento, CA -- August 24, 2007 -- Splash & Dash Car Wash, a Sacramento-based company, has been recognized by Modern Car Care magazine as one of the top 50 carwashes in the United States. This is the first time that Splash & Dash or any other Sacramento area carwash has been named to the list. The annually published list is featured in the August 15, 2007 issue of the magazine which serves the car wash industry.
"This years list of Top 50 carwashes includes those businesses that have proven something to their community, their employees or themselves," explained Lacey Nadeau, Associate Editor for Modern Car Care magazine. "These are all conveyor carwashes, and they are all outstanding in one area or another."
Splash & Dash Car Wash is a relatively new addition to the car wash scene in Sacramento, but has quickly grown to have six locations in just under three years of operations. Several additional locations are currently slated to be completed over the next year or two.

The Splash & Dash concept grew out of a desire to get cars clean using the best technology and do it extremely fast. Splash & Dash offers three levels of exterior washes with prices ranging from $5.99 to $11.99. All washes are designed to get a customer back on the road in just three minutes.
Fully automated and computerized, the high-quality and environmentally-friendly carwashing system uses brushless, all-cloth equipment and filtered, recycled water. The customer stays in the vehicle while being automatically guided through the glass enclosed open-air tunnel where the vehicle is soaked, soaped, washed, polished, rinsed with spot-free water, and blown dry all in a matter of minutes.
Splash & Dash Car Wash locations are currently open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday thru Saturday, and closed on Sundays, Christmas and Thanksgiving. Splash & Dash also has fleet and customer or employee reward programs for businesses, as well as fundraising opportunities for local organizations. Existing Splash & Dash Car Wash locations are in South Natomas, Rancho Cordova, North Highlands, Foothill Farms and Folsom. The Carmichael location that suffered major fire damage is currently under reconstruction and will reopen this fall.
