Splash & Dash to Assume Quick Quack Name and Rebrand Sacramento Locations

Sacramento, CA -- July 21, 2008 -- Splash & Dash Car Wash, a Sacramento-based chain of exterior-only, express car washes, has announced the acquisition of Quick Quack Car Wash, a chain of seven car washes in northwest Texas and Colorado. Splash & Dash will officially assume the Quick Quack name and rebrand five of their six Sacramento area locations as Quick Quack Car Wash.

The acquisition brings the total number of car washes operated by the current Splash & Dash Car Wash organization to thirteen. Moving forward, operating as Quick Quack Car Wash, Splash & Dash plans to continue expansion efforts in multiple states including California, Texas and Colorado.

Traditional packages of exterior washes will also be offered, ranging in price from $5.99 to $11.99. All washes are designed to get a customer back on the road in just three minutes.
